hye harini saya rajin nak share resipi pavlova yang sedap yang kalau makan dekat luar hari hari mau kena baling pinggan dengan emak sebab membazir.walaupun google pon dah dapat resipi tapi trust me manis ya ampunnnnnn.tapi google je la sebab i pon guna resipi from google hihi.
ingredients
preheat oven 140 C masa preparation time okess.panaskan oven dulu,penting!
Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes(i make it until the surface colour turns brown(1hr45min) sebab bile i buat 1hour15min dalam die macam tak bake lagi sbb too soft.sepatutnye still crunchy.tapi sukati la korang nak buat lama mana)
Ingredients:
4 large egg whites at room temperature
1 cup of Castor sugar(u might want to reduce it sebab sangattttttt la manis)
1 tsp of white vinegar(1 sudu kecil)
1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch(i taruk 1 sudu besar sbb if u penah rasa delicious/serai nye pavlova lain cause serai die macam crunch and ade rasa cake but delicious die mcm sangat light)so i suggest taruk banyak pon takpooo.

In a clean,u have to make sure very cleannnnn,disebabkan i taknak my meringue tak jadi,my apparatus semua sangattt clean sampai my sister annoyed semua pon tak boleh kena haha. beat the egg whites with a clean electric mixer on medium speed. Beat until the whites form soft peaks.you can used hand mixer as well.:)
Gently sprinkle the sugar into the egg whites, one teaspoon at a time. Don't just lump the sugar in the bowl and never stop beating the eggs until you finish the sugar. Your egg whites should now be glossy stiff peaks.after u finish adding the sugar pick a little and taste it using your hand whether the grain of sugar still appear.
the end result should be like this.u can choose whether u want to add the cornstarch and vinegar while the mixture still in the mixer and mix it or you can bring it off and mix manually.its all up to you.put it into the oven with 150 C heat.
tadaaaa.:)ok actually masa korang taruk atas baking paper,put it nicely lepastu dekat hujung naik kan sikit so that takde la kat tepi penyet kan.
and then apply the whipped cream.oke whipped cream ni u beli whipped cream then gune mixer tadi je then add icing sugar(sukati taruk ke tak) and vanilla extract 1 sudu kecik.

and jadiiiii.mother kate stroberi takde,so i gune blueberry dengan grape jee.sedappp but tu la dalam die too soft which i dont like it.
luar die perfect should be crunchy and chewy,dap dapp.
so i make the 2nd attempt.turn out sooo well.luar chewy and crunchy dalam pon still crunch jugak.:)because of i bake lame(1hr45min and i tambah cornstarch banyak sikit sbb tanak the meringue too light).the whipped cream i gedik taruk colour biru eheh.
this is how serai pavlova looked like and below picture is delicious's.texture die lain kan.but both sedappp.:).see yang atas ni die nye macam ade roti sikit kann,should try to make the 3rd one.

anonymous:selalunye kalau jual kat kedai die akan buat 2layer.so acuan/quantity yang same,it jus that u buat 2 bulatan la.:)and die nipis kan,kalau nak makan biasa salu kite buat tebal kan.dalam yg i buat takde whipped cream.:)kalau nak cantik buat 2 layer,tetengah letak whiped cream.tapi whiped cream kena pandai buat jugak sebab certain die akan jadi cair.:)so takut tak tahan lame la kalau kat luar.:)
